  • Here at Rickey Inc. we strive to provide you with the highest quality hair available. We exercise an EXTREMELY STRICT quality control process to ensure that our clients only receive the best virgin hair therefore WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, or EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

  • Furthermore you are not guaranteed to receive the same coloring throughout your order. Again this is Virgin UNPROCESSED hair so colors may slightly vary (although we do inspect colors very thoroughly). So please be prepared to dye your bundles to your desired color preference, if necessary. Again, WE DO NOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE HAIR BECAUSE OF DIFFERENT COLOR BUNDLES.  There are NO exceptions.
