SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Policy

  • Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders received before 3:00 PM are processed and shipped the same day.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday).

  • Shipping Time: Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Out of Stock or Unavailable Products: If any product is out of stock, unavailable, or if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to determine if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable, you may choose to terminate the sale, and we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.

Important Notes

  • Price and Specification Changes: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and seek your approval before completing your order.

  • Quality Control and Returns: At Rickey Inc., we strive to provide you with the highest quality hair available. We exercise an extremely strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. No exceptions.

  • Color Variations: Please note that you are not guaranteed to receive the same coloring throughout your order. This is Virgin UNPROCESSED hair, so colors may slightly vary (although we inspect colors very thoroughly). Be prepared to dye your bundles to your desired color preference, if necessary. We do not return or exchange hair because of different color bundles. No exceptions.
