Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Out of Stock or Unavailable Products:
    If a product is out of stock, unavailable, or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to discuss substitution options. If a substitution is not acceptable, you may choose to terminate the sale, and we will promptly refund the amount charged to your credit card.

    • We do not accept returns or exchanges. No exceptions.

  • Color Variations:
    Virgin, unprocessed hair may have slight natural color variations due to its raw state. While we inspect colors thoroughly, consistency throughout an order cannot be guaranteed.

    • Be prepared to dye your bundles to your desired color preference, if necessary.

    • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to color variations in bundles. No exceptions.
