    Payment Terms: 100% upfront payment required Accepts all major credit cards Credit card charged immediately upon placing an order online Fraud Prevention: Credit card fraud and theft of merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law If billing address differs from shipping address, a credit card authorization form and supporting documentation are required before shipment A representative will promptly contact the customer if this additional verification is needed
  • Returns & Refunds
    Returns & Refunds Here at Rickey Inc. we strive to provide you with the highest quality hair available. We exercise an EXTREMELY STRICT quality control process to ensure that our clients only receive the best virgin hair therefore WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, or EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS.  Furthermore you are not guaranteed to receive the same coloring throughout your order. Again this is Virgin UNPROCESSED hair so colors may slightly vary (although we do inspect colors very thoroughly). So please be prepared to dye your bundles to your desired color preference, if necessary. Again, WE DO NOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE HAIR BECAUSE OF DIFFERENT COLOR BUNDLES.  There are NO exceptions.
  • Product Availability
    Product Availability: If a product is out of stock, unavailable, or cannot be fulfilled, customers will be contacted immediately for a substitution option. If a substitution is not acceptable, customers can terminate the sale, and the amount charged will be refunded. Policy Notes: Prices, specifications, and product availability are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification errors in products or pricing are subject to correction. Customers will be notified of any corrections or changes and asked for approval before completing the order.
  • Business Hours
    Business Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST Order Processing: Orders received before 5:00 pm: Processed and shipped the same day Orders placed over the weekend: Shipped on Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday) Shipping Time: Once shipped, orders arrive within 5-7 business days
